Tucker grew up in the small hills of western North Carolina where his passion for the glide began.
In college, he spent his days working park crew at Appalachian Ski Mountain and nights in the dark room learning the meticulous magic of film photography. He moved to Truckee, California 13 years ago—getting his start photographing friends all over his backyard in the Sierra and has graduated to shooting professional athletes in the biggest of amphitheaters for the past 6 years. He spends his winters all throughout the northern US and Canada— notably Tahoe, Jackson Hole, Washington, interior British Columbia and Alaska. While his imagery is captivating it’s his passion for life and easy going attitude that keeps his clients coming back. Most recently, he’s landed himself in the drivers seat as the principal photographer at Teton Gravity Research. Find him on instagram @tuckerscreative
